Behind the Scenes at Shane
As I sit at my desk and scour through the hundreds of photos during my book layout process I often come across truly funny and engaging "behind the scenes" photos. Now, I usually pick all sorts of candid shots for the books, but some, I suppose are best reserved for a forum more like... here. For instance, the Shane Confectionery shoot was so much fun. We had the two brothers, Eric and Ryan Berley, who own the store there to add so much history (Shane first opened its doors in 1911) and texture. But, we also had lots of fun moments that are just so hard to resist, like this...

...when she just would not touch those marshmallows! It came down to Eric having to squoosh them instead. She definitely keeps us laughing!
